In E1 9.2, is the P12105 supposed to be able to write to the F1201Z1 interoperability table?

We have a client where all the Interop settings in the P1201 versions is set to use Interoperability, but disposals using the P12105 Single Asset disposal are not writing records to the F1201Z1. 
Does anyone know if it is supposed to write to the F1201Z1 and if so, are there any additional settings for Interop for F/A that may have been missed.
The P1201 versions are all set to JDEFA
All the P1204 & P12105 version are set to the P1201 versions being used.
