IGT Order Validate Document Error : Attribute: Error: Content is not allowed in prolog

Hi,

When trying to execute the Validate Document action on a new IGT Order, we are running into the following error that we've been unable to get resolved yet.  Has anyone else ran into this and been able to resolve?  Or have any suggestions?  We've been working an SR on it, but also reaching out to the community for any ideas.
