Can WIP Mass Load be run with Forward scheduling from the suggested start date?

Oracle Discrete MPS/MRP plans only down to the day.  When a Planned Order is released, WIP Mass Load process appears to use the implement date from the Planner's Workbench as the Completion Date for the Discrete Job with the Date/Time set to dd-Mon-yyyy 00:00:00.  Then the Routing Operations are used to back schedule to find a start date and time.  This may result in a level of precision on the start time that we don't need.  We would prefer that the suggested start date from the Planner's workbench be used as the start date/time for the discrete job and have
