unable to do Online Create Accounting

hello

We have been facing issue in the AP invoices -while doing on line accounting error message comes - 
'Online accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please inform your system administrator that the Create Accounting program has encountered an internal error.'

Now it is not allowing to do on line create accounting for a single invoice.

Pl reply.
