Agile DB installation failed

Hi, I want to install agile database 9.3.6

and I follow the installation guidelines

1.install Oracle Database 19c 

2.install Oracle Database 19c examples

3.install Agile DB installer

during the installation,the script stuck at 

Enter value for lang_abbr:


is something goes wrong? Did I miss some steps?

how to fix this

Please help!
