Could you please tell me how about performance in BWC view receipts report comes?

From Promised Date > Receipt Date = 'On-Time'
or
From Need-By-Date > Receipt Date = 'On-Time'

If there has a reference, would be grateful.

by the way BWC on Oracle version 12.2.6
