Is consolidate available on Smartview Webforms?

I'm an HFM admin user and we recently noticed that the consolidate option is not available when we open webforms using Smartview.  It is however available on the webforms on the web.  Is there a configuration that needs to be done, or is this option missing on the version we are using?
We are on HFM version 11.2.4 and using smartview 11.1.2.5.910
