loadmeasure throwing exception "Array does not have a valid extension"

we have came across error while loadmeasure utility with below error description.
Surprisingly only few arrays having issue like in this case infcdlyopt4fcr_00044 whereas infcdlyopt4fcr_00045 loaded successfully.
