SBC v8.4 how to enable https access via CLI

we have a new SBC 4600 v8.4 which is already deployed in a DMZ. We do have ssh and console access. Current firewall does only allow https access to the GUI to finalize the setup and configuration, but the https server is not configured/started.
how can we do this?
