Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 2) What the result would be if the endpoints_listener.ora mismatches its corresponding listener.ora ？

3) It seems that the endpoints_listener.ora should never be edited manually ？
