Database clone issue (adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack)

We are doing oracle EBS R12.1.3 cloning , database is R12.1.0.2  (RHEL 7) 
while  cloning oracle  database home by  running  adcfgclone on  target db tier  , getting  below error hecne please  advise .
