When Importing OPC to P6, EV changes to Zero Values and now it wont calculate in P6

I have the project open in OPC, the EV calculates just fine.  Then I export to XML and bring in into P6.  The values are now Zero and after trying everything, the activities will not calculate out to anything other than Zero.  (and yes I am pointing the same baseline in both applications)  Please help before I have to write a ticket.

for Oracle's Eyes....  Not sure it this should be in the OPC or P6 Forum.
