Table Query for PO comparison Result

Hi Gurus,

We would like to develop a report [SSRS] to notify our approvers that there were changes/modified happens to a Purchase Order. 

We would like to know how can we get these details in the PO COMPARISON REPORT? May we know what are the tables for this one? please?
