AR - How to link two different transactions

Hello,

I need to relate Accounts Receivable transactions. 

Having informative transactions and posted invoices, there is a need to create a report that relates both transactions. Is there a possibility to create a Flexfield that relates an Accounts Receivable transaction to another Receivable transaction?
