Does Oracle Database 12.1.0.1.160791 support TLS 1.2?

Hi,

I would like to know below:
(1) Does Oracle Database 12.1.0.1.160791 support TLS 1.2?
(2) is there any issue if I install the Windows Sweet32 (https://sweet32.info/) patch which will disable and stop using DEs, 3DES, IDEA or RC2 ciphers?
