RPAS - Ver 13.3.2.3 - New Class not visible in RPAS Client

We are using classic old RPAS application (Ver 13.3.2.3) hosted in Linux V5.

We want to add new class in existing Product Hierarchy and used 'LoadHier' utility to upload it. Utility ran fine and we are able to see new class are added in db files. We also verified by download hierarchy using 'ExportHier'.

But the class is not visible in RPAS Client tool for prediction. 

We used following command to load
“loadHier –d $CWDOM –load prod –purgeAge 0 –loglevel all”
