Release 22 Question

I saw the Oracle announcement regarding JDE Release 22 come out. I would like to know 
1. Is Tools part of this release is 64 bit or 32 bit?
2. Does this Release replace Tools 9.2.6.x ?
3. Can we just take Tools Update 22 with App 9.2 Update 2?
