What table is the field FICP (Contract/Pensioner/Non-Resident Flag) stored in?

Trying to write a report to determine which employees have their field value set to P (Pensioner). On the Cdn Tax Overrides Screen (F06017) the "Contract/Pensioner/Non-Resident Flag" field stores the UDC value but I cannot figure out which file the value is stored in (not the F06017 or F060116 EE Master).  Went to JDETables.com and that field is not cross referenced to any files. Does someone know which file I should be looking at to find that UDC value for the employee?  Thank You.
