Used a calculated burden expenditure type as input into another burden

I am attempting to do the following

Labor 100 x burden 1 @ 10% = 10 Burden 1 expenditure type

Burden 1 expenditure type x burden 2 @ 20% = 2 Burden 2 expenditure type

Is this possible, to feed one calculated burden (and only that 1 burden without the initial raw cost) into a new burden calculation, using standard functionality, without an extension?
