E1 34 Requeriments planning

I have a question with regards requirements
planning, hope someone can help me.
Our customer is using JDE 9.1, it has started to
use the material planning module (MPS, DRP and MRP) and they have this
scenario:
Sub assembly A is made up at plant 5001 in a
specific location A-1, then because a capacity constrain they send this part to
warehouse 5002, just to be stocked there until they need the part to produce
finished good.
So when is needed they send sub assemble A from
plant 5002 back to plant 5001 to a different location, lets say location A-2,
to produce finished goods.
