When is the windows version of Essbase 21c going to be released?

We have stand alone (i.e. not part of EPM)  Essbase 11.1.2.4 windows version on premise. We will need time to migrate to Essbase 21c and time is running out before 11.1.2.4 ceases to have security and bug fixes. We've been told security / bug fixes will not be provided for Essbase 11.1.2.4 after the end of this year, even under extended support.
