Integration OPC & Synchro 4D

Dear Oracle, 

We are exploring the possibility to connect Oracle Primavera Cloud with Synchro 4D. Could you please take a look at these questions for us? 

Thank you in advance. 
  1. Is REST API configured for https://primavera-eu1.oraclecloud.com/ for I can start investigation for integration ways? Which server URL I should use in the API calls: this one or some different?
  2. Should Synchro application be registered somehow for access to the cloud and ability to obtain a OIDC token?
  3. Should my user account be configured for this purpose?
