Need to Launch P6 Professional on 19.12 and above version via Citrx Xenapp (7.15 version)

Hello,

I would like to understand if there is any challenge in launching P6 app from storefront. Where in Citrix server, I have install DB client, P6 Professional and tested the DB connection and it works fine when launch from Citrix server directly. However, when we try to ask user to launch P6 icon from his/her credentials via storefront. It doesn't launch

I checked all the configurations from Citrix side. It seems all proper and I also followed guide which mentions below

  • For version 18.8.5 and later:

Deploy PrmBootStrapV2.xml from the %APPDATA% folder to the <P6 Professional Install Directory>\Data folder.
