2nd Grid data not visible to user.

I have created a FRS report, which has 2 grid. When I run the report, I am able to see data from both Grid. (In the First Grid, I am call Grid 2 Data). But, when user run they are seeing only First Grid data. Any thoughts why is this happening would be appreciated.
