Demand Scheduling - CUMS wrong in ASN

We sent an ASN and received a violation because the CUMS in the ASN were incorrect, and I see now still that the CUMS in the F47032 do not match the CUMs in F40R12.  (We have not shipped that item/customer again since.)  Are there any common reasons that the ASN CUMS would be wrong?  Any places I should check?  I've checked the shipment detail, and other places...just can't determine what would have made the ASN CUMs come up short.
