After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10, we get Pre-payment error

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered
We just upgraded (Iteration 1) to 12.2.10 from 12.1.3 and when I try to Process Payments, I am getting this error:

Pre-payment Credit Card Authorization for Payment Line Number 1 failed with error.

We do not get this error in 12.1.3.

The OM Debug doesn't say anything much.  

Does anyone have any suggestions for why this error is occurring in 12.2.10?
