While creating order line using Oracle API  oe_order_pub.Process_Order  as a Normal user I am getting the error  ONTOE_INVALID_ITEM_WHSE The item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. 

If executed as APPS user its creating the Order Line correctly. The order header is creating fine as normal and APPS user
