Inactive Users Report Not Fetching Any Data

in Oracle Reports (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓
When running this report in Oracle 21C Scheduled processes we are only getting the .log file and no xml file to download with the actual list of values.
The prerequisites have been met:
User running report has admin priviliges
User has HR Sprecialist and HR View ALL roles
The Import User Login History job has completed successfully
Why is this report not returning any data?
