Is there a way to prevent Order Prep Day Advanced Preference when Scheduled Pick's entered manually?

If a sales order is entered and the Scheduled Pick (PDDJ) is manually overridden, is there a way to exclude those lines from Batch Advanced Order Prep Day preference (R40840)?  In World, I believe that SO07 would designate a manually entered date field. Is there a different column in F4211 that is being used by Advanced Date preferences?
