Files not deleted on ADRCI directory

I have a 18.11 installation.
On this installation I have 7 instances.
In 6 of the instances the directory $ORACLE_BASE/diag/rdbms/dbname/dbname/trace is deleted and only files modified the last month are left.
There is 1 instance where the files under $ORACLE_BASE/diag/rdbms/dbname/dbname/trace are not deleted.
Can you help me with this problem? Why this happens in 1 database only?
