Calibri font(Turkish) in RTF return question mark(?) in PDF out put

Hello Friends,
I am using Calibri font in RTF for Registration card in Opera PMS. Almost all languages are working fine with Calibri. But when using Turkish language, output returns question mark(?) in PDF. 

Oracle DB version=11g
Opera PMS Version=5.5
OBI Publisher Desktop version=12.214.00.000
MS Office= 2016(32bit)
