How to Hide a PO Attachment of "To Buyer" Category on Orders OAF Page If User is not a Buyer

Hello Oracle Support Community!

I'm trying to personalize the Order page to hide all PO attachments with Category "To Buyer" from a non-buyer user. How can I possibly do that? Any help is greatly appreciated! We are on R12.1.3.
