How to change an oacore_server# port assignment on the patch file system

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question
We are on 12.2.5.  I added two new oacore_servers to WLS and then ran fs_clone. The oacore_servers were created in the patch file system but the port assigned was not what I wanted/expected. 

Can the port be updated on the patch file system? If so, how?
