Issue with virt-v2v porting guest vm from OVM->OLVM

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question
after following Coter's blog on doing it:

I am getting the following error:

libguestfs: trace: v2v: download = -1 (error)
libguestfs: trace: v2v: inspect_list_applications2 = NULL (error)
[1;31mvirt-v2v: error: libguestfs error: file receive cancelled by daemon[0m

Failing on download.

NFS is fine. I even chmd 777 to remove all perm issues.

it is connecting to the OVM ok but the getting stopped. Here.

Any insight appreciated.
