Corresponding Accounts Rule form

Hello community,
I'm trying to setup Corresponding accounts functionality and following the user guide provided in doc id 1525789.1.
In the user guide, I have to setup Corresponding Accounting rule in the form but cannot locate this form.
Could some give us a help please and provide us the menu where we can find it?
