I was Exploring the option to run PeopleSoft with AWS RDS for oracle, Any expert advice will help

The customer support team responded as RDS option is not supported as there are some limitations while installing the PeopleSoft DB, as documented in above KB. but this limitation will apply only for 1st time DB creation if we do a Database migration from Oracle@ On-premise to AWS-RDS will this Work.
