Trans Date warning message for certain actions on Asset Cost Adjust/Transfers page

Hi, we are on PS 9.2 Image 35. 

Currently, if a user enters a transaction for a recategorization or transfer and then click Saved, we get a decision box when the transaction date "is earlier than the last transaction date... (8005,93)" The user has the option to proceed or cancel.

When users enter a transaction date for recats and transfers that is before the cost row's trans date, we've found that it can cause incorrect depreciation when they select OK to click through the warning.

We'd like to prevent this. That is, we don't want users entering a transaction date that is before the transaction date of ADD or ADJ cost rows. Is it possible (and advisable) to completely prevent this? I couldn't find a place to configure it, so I'm guessing that we would need to do a customization.
