Life Events Fluid - Is there a way to reset an activity guide after it has been marked complete?

We recently rolled out Fluid Life Events and have come across a scenario where an employee marked the activity guide as "Complete" prior to submitting all of his/her supporting documentation.  Is it possible to reset/re-open the Life Event transaction so the process can be fully completed?  If yes, how?
