19c Rac database - How to unregister database from OUD when OUD is no more available?

In the past, we used OUD (Oracle Unified Directory) as proxy to authorize our enterprise users access.

Now we are configuring CMU (Centrally Managed Users) along with Active Directory to authenticate and autorize our users.

We successfully implemented CMU in our development environment, however, in the QA environment, we didn't manage to unregister database from OUD before configuring CMU due to OUD is no more available.

We tried to configure CMU anyway without unregister database, however the DB connection failed with the following error:
