Hitting Slowness Upon clicking Menu > Export button

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
We are trying to perform query via All Service Request View. Not hitting slowness when perform query. Only minimal records shown on the applet after query. 
Proceed to click on Menu > Export button, system is hanging.

It is happening intermittently and only to specific user.

Any advice on what could be the possible root cause for this issue.
