R12.2 Autoinvoice after successful completion does not Purge Data even though Sys Option for purge=Y

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
We recently upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.8

AR System Option is enabled to Purge Interface Data. However after Autoinvoice is run and all data is marked with Interface_status='P' , the data in the RA Interface table does not get purged.
