Manage Proxy doubt

Hi, I'd like to understand the behavior of each below question please. 

I create a Proxy for employee2. I have 2 responsibilities: US General Ledger Journal Post and US Warehouse Manager.

 

  1. Does employee2 need to have his own responsibilities (US General Ledger Journal Post and US Warehouse Manager) to perform activities (posting journal or approve inventory adjustments) on my behalf? Or with the proxy, he can access my Oracle responsibilities directly and NOT having his own responsibilities?
  2. Once proxy is granted, if Employee2 post a journal entry or approve an inventory adjustment, which user ID shows as the approver (posting JE or adjusting inventory): Employee2 Oracle ID or my Oracle ID?
