Voluntary Life Insurance calculation

We are doing testing for our 9.2 upgrade and came across an issues where our Voluntary Life insurance premium is not calculating correctly. We use calculation method IS with associated age rate table. It is working fine in 9.1 but in 9.2, the entire salary/wage is calculated as premium. If anyone has come across similar issue or has some suggestions, please let me know.

We converted data from 9.1 to 9.2 and all data and set up looks the same. Every other calculation works fine except Life Insurance.
