Refresh Order Management Materialized Views problems in 12.2.10

Hello,

after upgrading to 12.2.10, I've noticed that when running Refresh Order Management Materialized Views, Oracle spawns two child requests of the same concurrent program.

Child Request to Refresh OE_INT_ITEMS_MV (Refresh Order Management Materialized Views)

Child Request to Refresh OE_ITEMS_MV (Refresh Order Management Materialized Views)

Neither of these programs complete because the Diagnostics say:

119901507 - This request is incompatible with request 119901508.

I could remove the incompatibility, but want to make sure that I'm not going to create a bigger problem if I do that.

Any thoughts?
