Migration from 12c WE8ISO8859P1 to 19c WE8ISO8859P15

I need to migrate a 12c(12.1.0.2) database from Solaris to a 19c database running on a Linux host. The current 12c database runs on the "WE8ISO8859P1" characterset. While a new 19c database was created, there was no exact character set option available. To minimize the data conversion effort and based on knowledge search, I opted for the closest one, i.e WE8ISO8859P15. The ISO 8859-15 (ISO Latin 9, WE8ISO8859P15 ) character set differs from the well-known ISO 8859-1 (ISO Latin 1, WE8ISO8859P1) character set in a few positions only. The database does not contain any data containing EURO symbols or special characters (based on the developer's input).
