Download Oracle 12c and 18c for upgrade testing

Platform: Oracle Linux on Oracle Virtual Box

Question: I would like to download Oracle 12 XX and 18 XX to perform practice upgrades to 19c. I don't see them on Oracle DB download website. 

Can someone point me to a place where I can find them?
