can remitte on a new bank account in AR oracle EBS R12

Dears,

Good Day,

Appreciate your support with the below issue,

i have a receipts method and i add a new bank account to it,

but when i try to create a remittance batch for the new account and bank ,

i cannot find any receipts ,

but if i changed the bank and the bank account the receipts will be appears.
