rcu cannot connect to database with sys user agile 9.3.6

in Agile (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓
When running rcu I cannot connect to the agile database, I use sys (role=sysdba) Then i get a invalid username and password.

I can login sqlplus with the same username & password.

any ideas?
