in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question
Doc ID 1553911.1 - suggests "Send PO Via XML" event subscription phase 99 changed to 101 (EBS v12.1.10, DB v19C) for an issue we faced with PO EDI XML generation.

Could anyone pls help me with below:

1) Can you please enlighten me with the impacts this might have on any related functionalities?
2) This functionality works fine with current EBS version of 12.2.4 (with phase 99 ON) but NOT on 12.2.10 version, I would like to know the reasoning for this?
