Cannot create revision on PO after patch# 32564753 was applied

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered
As per MOS: 2757426.1 we applied patch# 32564753 to fix error in Projects & Grants Module, now in PO BWC we cannot create revisions at all. 

Anyone has any suggestions, pls let me know.
